Deciding to begin counselling can feel like a big step.
It’s natural to feel uncertain. You might be experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, low mood, or anger issues. Perhaps you’re struggling with feelings of sadness, grief, loss, or the impact of a traumatic event. You may feel overwhelmed by daily life, as if even simple tasks have become a challenge.
